The data you share with us during your account creation is used only to enable us to create, validate and manage your account and for communicating with you regarding service updates and notifications. During the registration process we validate your e-mail address by sending a confirmation e-mail. We may send other confirmation e-mails as needed.
Your Aqlame account password is never sent to our servers and it is used to encrypt security tokens at the client side. The client sends these encrypted tokens to Aqlame servers for authentication.
Browser cookies aren't used by Aqlame website.
The data you store within Aqlame are encrypted at the client side by your personal public encryption key which is generated during registration. These data can be decrypted only using your private key which is protected by your password that we don't know. Some meta data are stored in clear text to enable the service operation like document creator ID, creation data and others.
Aqlame only shares information as described in this Privacy Statement. Aqlame shares information with the following categories of third parties. Such third parties are prohibited by law or by contract from processing personal information for purposes other than those disclosed in this Privacy Statement.
